License to use

You may use these tools free of charge for personal and commercial work, including producing invoices for your own clients. You may not resell access, mirror the pages as your own service, or use the site to generate documents for unlawful purposes.

You own your documents

Everything you create with the tools belongs to you. We claim no rights in your invoices, your client list, or your branding, and we do not store copies of them.

Not accounting, tax or legal advice

Templates, tax labels, numbering patterns and wording shown here are practical examples of common invoicing practice, not professional advice. Requirements for a valid tax invoice differ by country and change over time. You are responsible for the accuracy of the documents you issue and for meeting your own filing and tax obligations. Speak to a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.

No warranty, limits

The tools are provided as-is without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for lost drafts (local storage can be cleared by you or by your browser), for a PDF that fails to render on an unusual device, or for indirect losses including unpaid invoices, late payments, or business interruption arising from use of this site.

Paid subscription

InvoiceKit Pro is an optional recurring subscription; the free generator is not time-limited and does not degrade. The price shown on the pricing page at the moment you check out is the price you are charged, billed in advance, in USD, and processed entirely by Stripe. Sales tax or VAT, where it applies, is calculated by Stripe at checkout and added to the displayed price.

Removing a paid feature is possible with notice; if we remove one you are actively using before the end of your paid period, ask and we will refund that period.

Availability and changes

Pages, fields, and features may change or disappear without notice. Continued use after a change means these terms apply as revised. Governing law: the jurisdiction in which the site operator is established, stated on the about page; nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights in your country.
